I meet some great people and learned a lot of new things and got to work hands on in all departments.
Minpunten
The supervisors and management don't listen to anyone, it's all about the numbers and they fudge those too. They do not follow up on compaints, nor do they take them seriously. This place is a revolving door, not just for production workers, but for most of the supervisors and management and HR as well. Employees are very under paid, over worked and under appreciated. There is no discipline at all for anyone for doing anything. Then there is the safety issue....Oh wait they don't care about that either, so take that into your own hands, feet oh and might as well add head too as stuff falls from the ceiling. And it's hit or miss if they hold a safety meeting which is a joke, cuz they can't keep people on the committee and there is once again no follow through or discipline.
