I have never witnessed an employer be so poor in talent management. I have worked for this company for several years. I use to be proud to say I work here but the quality of product is so poor. Some of the managers know the product going out the door is defective but they laugh about it ans say " oh well"'. One of the manager's use to be a clerk in a video store. What was the Recruiter thinking when they hired him. They made him a director. Now ask me why their product and employee loyalty has gone down the toilet.
