I really can't think of any pros. I guess some of the people are decent.
Minpunten
The culture is absolutely horrible. There is a ton of blaming and finger-pointing. Back-stabbing and scapegoating are common place. Nobody wants to work collaboratively. Managers treat people horribly because they have absolutely no management skills. HR is ill-equipped to deal with any issues and is just a yes-man to the company. Don't look for any help there. I have never worked anyplace with such a negative vibe. Pay is very low and never expect a raise. They offer no training and development, so you will be in a dead end job. Absolutely no recognition for work well done, all you will hear about is all of the stuff that has gone wrong. Values are a joke, a lot of talk, but no action. If I could give a review of 0 I would. Stay away from this place at all costs.
