The people made this company what it is today not the leadership at all. Don't let the recent positive comments fool you. The energy and commitment from the people who actually put in the work is what made this an exciting place to work and what delivered results. I was fortunate to have worked with so many great and talented individuals whilst working here, the leadership was great up until 2018/2019 and you felt valued and you were respected accordingly. Your input and commitment was acknowledged and in most cases it was the source of success for Cashflows trajectory which was rewarded as well and recognized regularly.

Well where to start? Senior leadership is clueless No matter how much effort and success you bring you're always a failure High turnover of staff shows the poor working environment which that has become since the new CEO joined Disregard for employees since the "transformation" started - You are an "Ape" and they can replace you in minutes now Chief executive team are so disconnected that they don't know eachothers email Have no investment in what you do and how you contribute Their lack of understanding results in their lack of appreciation for your work I feel terribly sorry for those left behind, their job is much much harder as the days move along due to the continuous resignation of under appreciated and overworked teams! In my last months I saw over 30/40 people leaving the business due to the way the senior leadership manage this place!
