Good pay nice coworkers good sick pay

Minpunten

Badly menaged no respect for floor workers no training guy responsible for it doesn't have the skill to teach, bnaks you if he doesn't like you, all experienced operators left so there is none to help you if you stuck, supervisors don't care and can't help you with simple stuff like organizing ppe or tools required for the job

This environment provides a lot of opportunities to grow if you perform well. The products are world class and the employees at my location are very friendly and helpful. Leadership is very good and supportive.

Minpunten

Performance is very important in this company so the pressure can be very high. I thrive under pressure so this isn't a con for me but it may be for others.
