Decent pay, deep pockets for projects and fixing thing (especially safety related), casual atmosphere

Minpunten

No room to move up, although they implemented this hiring process that is supposed to eliminate bias - it is a bunch of fluff, they hire who they want and manipulate positions, so much favortism.. also ZERO recognition for positive efforts.
