Upper management will blame customer service reps and team leaders for why their ideas don't work. They will then make constant changes. The cycle repeated itself each month for the 6-12 months and no sign of stopping. Upper management will scrutinize everything you do. Literally everything. Upper management cut staff for customer service without explanation. Turnover here is atrocious. They pay less than $20.00/hour, but expect $40.00/hour output. This company used to truly care about their customers. Now they only care about pushing their own ideas and initiatives.
