Pluspunten
This job does provide pretty friendly vacation and sick time pay after 90 days, up to 40 hours each for your first year. They also give paid holidays off unless you're in the insurance department. The new building provides nice amenities like a gym and a catered cafeteria. Coworkers are extremely friendly for the most part, I've made many friends there.
Minpunten
As stated, the company just moved to a massive new one, and with that came some bad. IMO the family atmosphere that was so highly touted got lost somewhere in the move. There used to several dress up days and pot luck diners which were extremely cheesy but at the same time kept a relaxed and fun atmosphere. You are very much discouraged from walking over to speak with coworkers if it's going to be longer than a 5 second hello. To me, this is the biggest and most unfortunate con, as I remember what it used to be like in the old days. Management often holds you to numbers that are inconsistent, as you will receive two different daily reports with different information. Most managers are fair, however there are a few newer managers that have little-to-no people skills, which seems a bit paramount for someone who works so closely with a varied amount of individuals.
