Even though we've outgrown the "start-up" label, the culture is still entrepreneurial and promotes integrity. Management is transparent and shares high-level goals and company changes; they're accessible, and want to see employees succeed. Management is there for you every step of the way in coaching and helping you with anything you need. It is highly unlikely that you'll ever experience a start up gain such success again.
