I have to tell you about my experience with this terrible company. It's been really awful working here, and I can't stress enough how bad the company culture and environment are. It's sad to see that they don't care about their employees' well-being and career growth. Let's start with the lack of increment. It's as if the concept of an annual raise is alien to them. Despite putting in extra hours and going above and beyond, there's no acknowledgment, appreciation, or financial reward. It's a crushing blow to morale and motivation when your efforts go unnoticed. Maintaining company policies? Forget about it! This company doesn't seem to understand the importance of consistent policies. The rules are arbitrary and change at the whims of the higher-ups, leading to confusion and frustration among the staff. It's impossible to plan your work or even your personal life when there's no predictability in the workplace. The management here is downright horrendous. They are out of touch with the reality of what's happening on the ground and seem more interested in micromanaging every detail than in nurturing a positive work environment. Communication is nonexistent, and feedback is rarely considered. It's impossible to have a constructive conversation with anyone in authority. Speaking of the higher authorities, they are an impenetrable fortress. They seem to exist in their own bubble, indifferent to the struggles and concerns of the employees. They never make an effort to understand what's happening at the ground level, let alone address any issues. In summary, this company's culture and environment are poisonous. It's a place where employees are undervalued, company policies are disregarded, and the management is a chaotic mess. I wouldn't wish this experience on my worst enemy. If you value your mental and emotional well-being, run, don't walk, away from this company. There are plenty of employers out there who will treat you with the respect and consideration you deserve.
