You can work from home when needed and there is a laid back atmosphere. Benefits are good.

Minpunten

There is a lot of favoritism going on here, so it's great if your friends with your manager, but if not your workload will be more and you will not advance. Departments tend to hire outside instead of promoting from within, so there is even less room to advance.

Lacks some communication efforts between upper management and employees but resolvable if management makes a concerted effort to have regular office wide meetings.
