Company acts like a start-up but isn’t one at all. Working with other departments is beyond stressful. It’s like every department for themself and no one really wants to help anyone else. Most managers are incompetent and are in so many meetings that they are so far removed. Most people are not held accountable for their actions, there are sooooo many slackers and no one seems to care. Barely any room for growth unless you want to relocate to California. PTO sucks.
