It’s disheartening to learn about your experience, and we wish we had been made aware of it during your employment so we could have intervened. We decided long ago to prioritize happiness over profit and to ensure that kindness, honesty, and mutual respect were part of every interaction between our team members and clients. We do not tolerate hostility of any kind, and our motto, “We build beautiful homes for nice people with open minds,” is generally achieved, resulting in a happy and easygoing bunch. But things don’t always go according to plan, and while we’re not fully aware of the specifics of your experience, we are genuinely sorry that you had an experience that didn’t align with the one we aim to provide.
