The colleagues you will work with are some of the best people I've met - The value the product can bring to an organization in terms of transparency is amazing - Pay is at top of the range and great benefits - Flex Friday (which I'm not sure if that's still around)
Minpunten
- The Leaders: Exec team is scrambling. The company has done 3 layoffs in less than 1 year (October 2022, June 2023, August 2023) because of miscalculated projections and irresponsible spending of funds. Yes, the economy is unstable. However, continuing to implement aggressive and unrealistic forecasting after the first AND second layoffs was totally irresponsible. - Diversity: ChartHop will talk about diversity all day when it comes to the product, but internally ChartHop's diversity has become non-existent. Between the layoffs and key members leaving the company, diversity is hard to be seen. The leaders say they value diversity, but.... the proof is in the pudding. - Product: Unfortunately this product is not a need to have, it's a nice to have. Sales is struggling to get people to buy, especially in an economy where companies are buying/keeping products they absolutely need. The concept is great, but like any software, there are just so many bugs. It's also hard for customers to learn, making it even harder to retain them.
