NH is terribly run, and it starts at the top. Useless spreadsheets for everything. Internal processes broken because they are not updated. Holiday schedule is practically non existent. Favoritism towards only a few is evident. Basically, NH is run like it is 1987. Senior mgmt has been in place so long they do not know better. Employee turnover during a good job market is amazing. People are constantly leaving with out jobs. They pride themselves on "running lean"- but you are doing the job of 3 people. I have never seen so many employees so unhappy at one place.
