I am not saying it's always easy, we're in a very dynamic & challenging industry so it implies commitment and hard work but at Checkout.com we have everything we need to be happy at work. - Great initiatives from the People team always looking after the employees. We have a lot of flexibility when it comes to working hours or holidays. - Checkout.com is giving us all the tools to acquire knowledge, not only in our field but general knowledge. Through different initiatives, you can learn about coding, marketing, public speaking, sales. - Last but not least, our CEO is just a role model, he is the perfect example of what defines Checkout.com. A group of smart, talented, nice et simple people. He is a great leader, fully committed & always ready to help.

Honestly, at the moment, I don't see any cons, it has been an incredible journey so far & it's only the start. I feel that 2019 will be an amazing year for Checkout.com & all its employees, very promising & exiting challenges will come our way. If I have to say one cons is that our main challenge will be to keep our values & this family spirit which really matters to us.
