Fake words like team spirit raised during sprint retrospective . It is easier to get fired than getting hired. Also the offers are tempting but it is not worth sacrificing your mental health for such things. Do not get tempted by the social media hype on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram etc.. Many people got fired with compensation recently due to poor management skills and poor company vision. If you have a family to look after, then it is not the place where you should be adventuring.
