It's profoundly sad to witness individuals in their 40s and above showing more interest in the lunch menu mere days after witnessing the departure of their colleagues. This stark lack of empathy and perspective only adds to the toxic atmosphere within the workplace, contributing to a pervasive sense of demotivation among employees.
