-Yes they have them (one of them is that employees call each other "Pro" for a sense of egalitarianism. But then you log onto your email/messenger system and everyone has their grade rank code next to their names. haha. -pay, benefits, especially compared to other Korean companies are great (but that probably isn't saying much) -flexible hours -depending on the team, can be a lot of autonomy -great creative minds

Overall, terrible people management. The turnover rate is ridiculous. People are treated like cogs in a giant wheel and so it's not surprising when they quit. -Samsung gets the final say in EVERYTHING -limited client portfolio (I'd say 95% of client is Samsung) -Cannot stress enough how much Samsung executives with their Korean ideologies can dictate the so-called creative process -the budget and client retention is again tied to how well Samsung is doing... -I'd say that creativity there means choosing ideas and even keywords that you know Korean executives in their 40s like... you need only please them -long hours that are often pointless except to show the client (Samsung) that you are "working" By far, their HR department is the most ineffective, waste of time and resources. On average, takes months to hire. Although they promise overtime pay, they will also do everything possible to make it difficult for you to get the pay. Paperwork rules here. You have to fill out a form to apply for a form for just about everything. There is no consistency to their rigid rules.
