Great support from fellow coworkers and supervisors (specific to LTSR site). Without the leadership of my immediate supervisors I would have been unable to perform by job duties with confidence and may have left my job shortly after hire. Majority of my immediate staff continuously offered assistance and showed gratitude and appreciation when deserved. The day-to-day staff created a healthy and uplifted environment for both the staff and residents.

Minpunten

Underpaid for responsibilities that encompass mitigating risk and creating a safe space for all residents, some who are often experiencing suicidal ideation. Very miminal, if any, room for growth without a master's degree. Very low starting salary for a non-entry level position with a bachelors degree.
