Workload is VERY HIGH, especially for an older demographic team. Low pay. You will not hire easily so you'll always be low staffed in a needy customer demographic. The customers are awful. Very entitled very rude. Corporate treats store workers like slaves. There's no support from company until things are about to implode. Deadlines are very last minute and very short, un achievable without breaking your back to get things done.
