Follows a almost cult like work standards, long hours, late closing nights. Bad management and drama all the time.

Management does not really care. Sits in office and rarely helps. This does depend on the manager which affects the staff. Imagine working at minimum effort is the acceptable norm and a upper manager comes in complaining that things are wrong and does not fit standard
