The best thing that I loved about working at Chipotle was all the free food that I could possibly get when I was working there.

Minpunten

I did not like how the Chipotle I was working at was run by management. Nothing was ever consistent and I hated it. They would always changed my schedule without my knowing. I was fired for not showing up one day because I had no idea that they changed my schedule.

Free food for breaks, young team, not many crazy customers compared to other fast food restaurant chains

Minpunten

Always short-staffed at night and double the work from the mornings, the manager has to close multiple positions alone, with insufficient and poor training because God forbid you clock in to learn how to work best.
