Pluspunten
Work environment is very nice. People are kind, comprehensible and very 'human'. The extra payments (healthcare, meal ticket etc) are good. Also, if you are motivated and pro-active, many projects will come and you will learn a lot from day-to-day experience.
Minpunten
Salary could be higher (although I doubt it is due to lack of will), work-life balance can be hard sometimes, and the upper management might be too much optimistic in some occasions.
