Benefits are good and nice facilities

Minpunten

Core values have changed. Less priority on staff welfare and more priority on profits. Cutting back in staff while overworking employees. High staff turnover and lossed some great talent. Salary doesn't represent the market value and management lack empathy. Cutting corners and not as prudent as it once was. Over promises for the client.
