-Chubb has several Helpdesks depending on what you need, but there’s this particular Helpdesk could use some improvement. I’ve had several tickets that never got resolved because the Helpdesk wouldn’t actually help no matter how many times I’ve reached out to them for months. It usually consists of me reaching out to them; they reply back, asking another team member to help; said team member doesn’t reach out to me, so I have to reach out to them; we talk a little bit; I allow them some time to work on it; and then nothing happens until I try to follow up for an update—rinse and repeat. It doesn’t seem like managers can do something about it too, so I had to officially give up recently after going through this for months.
