Team atmosphere The work was meaningful Side note: The company was sold so it's now part of another company, so things may be different. The other departments had much more competent managers and people seemed to enjoy their jobs more because of it.

Minpunten

The team had a manager who wasn't equipped to be effective. It caused a lot of issues instead of solving them. Our team was always being "restructured" but it was never effective or helpful There didn't seem to be enough alignment on how to actually accomplish things so it was consistently messy re: process
