*Management is incredibly unfair when it comes to their "at their discretion" policy regarding call offs and medical emergencies. While doctors notes work for some, it may not work for you which results in a final written warning without any prior warnings
*Management is incredibly unorganized
*They will mandate you weekend overtime without any warning making you work full weekends (no work life balance at all)
*HR is in Colorado and are the most unorganized, unprofessional people I have ever come across, you need them? Good luck getting them to email or call you back
*Benefits are their own thing and are also impossible to get ahold of
*They allow anyone to play management on off shifts, even guys who are known in the plant for sexually harassing women
*You're told to contact the first shift supervisor which is your only actual supervisor even if you're on different shifts and getting him to respond is absolutely impossible.
*They put off huge projects requiring their employees to rush and work immense overtime
*Just don't do it, they put up a good front until you get in there.
