There are camera in every nook and crevice so they can watch your every move and time your breaks. Benefits are expensive, no 401k match. "Management" have no Management experience or training. Blind leading the blind. They will make you work weekends, they don't tell you that in the interview. When you're new you have to work on all of the crappy freight, no real commission opportunity.
