Pluspunten
- good entry level opportunity; you learn a lot about the industry - flexible home to office schedule - friendly environment - paid OT - good amount of paid time-off
Minpunten
- zero (and I absolutely mean zero) work life balance (doesn’t get any better after some time) - I feel like I’m being taken advantage of sometimes - poor communication and micro-management (extremely complicated org structure) - integration and adjusting to the work can be difficult (depends on your team and manager) - can’t remember a week I didn’t have to work OT - poor salary for the amount of work done - clients are never satisfied no matter how hard you worked - high employee turnover and team changes; you’ll have to take on more stressing work and deal with more demanding clients on top of yours - never get the credit you deserve; haven’t heard a ‘well done ‘ or ‘good job’ for a while - gets annoyingly repetitive after a while
