Pluspunten
Good company to work for. Was very accommodating when I asked them to employ my two sons that were fairly new into the industry. They provided them with all the necessary training. The team went above and beyond to get them up to speed.
Minpunten
I came from being monthly paid. For the same role I am now weekly paid which is not best suited for my life. It would be better if we were provided the same benefits as monthly paid employees ie sick pay. Also the pay is not the greatest. This is why Clancy will always struggle to retain good experienced staff especially in my department.
