Loved some of the people I worked with and loved being allowed to be independent in my work. They have a great health insurance and 401k program.
Minpunten
The position I was in did not allow for me to move up (which is normal for safety at a small company)but they are very bad about giving raises for good, hard work. They will compliment your work until the sun comes up but won't give you a penny for it. This is true for many positions. They keep older ("there since the beginning") employees even when they have out-lived their usefulness to the company and continue to give them raises even if they aren't doing anything more than sleeping at their desks. They are also VERY slow to replace employees who leave or move into different departments. I would not recommend this company if you are looking to grow in your career or if you want to stay at a company for more than 2 years.
