Informal work environment, pay good for around here. Will hire anyone able to pass a drug test. Immediate supervisors easy to get along with.

Minpunten

All employees treated the same a t raise time, no matter how bad or good review is. If upper management ever got a clue, it died of loneliness. Safety and quality are a priority until it costs the company time or money.

Plenty of hours between 75 to 80 hours a week minimum. Good place to get experience as a stepping stone.

You're always on call it is mandatory that you work three weekends a month both Saturday and Sunday including the 5-day work weeks Monday through Friday Technician. As a coordinator you work 6 day work weeks Sunday through Friday you only get Saturdays off it's a salary based position so you get no compensation if you work over 8 hours a day as a coordinator and you will work more than 8 hours a day your minimum will be 12 to 14 hours a day up to a maximum of 18 hours a day regularly.
