There are a lot of great things to say about ClearPoint in the way they conduct business. Every decision made is very inclusive and conveyed effectively to each employee and manager. The execution then is apparent right away so you consistently feel like you are working as a team to accomplish something special. Leadership/managers are extremely competent and know what it takes to be successful. They are truly trying to work with you, not simply delegate and fade away leaving you on your own.

Not a ton of cons here. Great place to work.
