I started the role during lockdown therefore i found it a bit difficult staying on top of everything. Time management can be an issue as it is a fast paced environment. Both a con and a pro of the gaming industry

The Culture is amazing, There is no Hierarchy - everyone is treated the same Potential to grow within and out of the company is amazing Support within the workplace with personal issue's like mental health is better than I've seen else where. Everyone is Friendly, Kind and considerate to others. Alot of Fun activities to be had but professional at the right times

Its not a Corporate company, so wouldn't be for everyone.
