Pluspunten
The benefits are good, and it is work from home. Some great staff. I do feel that the CEO had an open door, even if it didn't help. There is a desire to rebuild the lost culture, but not from the right people.
Minpunten
Over the past three years, there have been no meaningful salary increases, and there appears to be no clear plan to address inflation or market alignment. New hires are often brought in at industry-standard rates, while longer-serving employees remain significantly behind, with little opportunity to close the gap. In some cases, reporting lines and pay structures feel inconsistent. Opportunities for advancement have become increasingly limited, particularly at mid-level positions. Loyalty, experience, and additional responsibilities taken on after multiple restructures and workforce reductions have not translated into recognition, compensation adjustments, or fair performance outcomes. Repeated restructuring has largely resulted in internal reshuffling rather than meaningful strategic improvement. Staff are often required to absorb multiple roles without formal acknowledgement or revised expectations. Promises around bonuses and progression frequently shift, which impacts trust. There are also broader concerns around leadership accountability and workplace culture. Employee feedback does not appear to be consistently acted upon, and HR is perceived as hesitant to intervene in ongoing conflicts. Concerns around gender dynamics have affected morale. Some female employees report feeling undermined or dismissed by certain male leaders. Retention challenges are visible, with many employees leaving due to stress or actively seeking alternative employment. Morale remains low, and long-term employees feel their commitment has not been valued.
