Good place for exposure to system administration. Lot's of latitude in the position to sort of manage an environment with your own style (to some degree)

Minpunten

Lack of adequate training procedures for all of the systems used. No 401k matching.

Pluspunten

I felt valued and appreciated from day one. With a collaborative and accommodating team committed to helping customers and each other. Flexibility in my day-to-day operations has been key since things could change very quickly, which I‘ve found to be exciting and helps keep things fresh! Everyone is very accommodating and helpful.

Minpunten

You won’t find the benefits a large company can offer, i.e., Unlimited Paid-Time-Off, Matching 401k contributions, large bonuses. Communications can sometimes be difficult in a smaller organization when a lot is discussed verbally and not everyone gets the proverbial “memo”.

Pluspunten

ClientFirst has been able to provide IT professionals with plenty of exposure to different aspects of IT and allows you to find a lane that suits your interests and allows you to gain valuable experience for career growth.

Minpunten

As with most IT shops, staffing is spread at times as the business grows which can make for some long days.
