New CEO did not make a good first impression then shortly after he joined the CFO put in her notice to leave. Leadership is also cutting important budgets in countries without doing the due diligence to see how that will impact those business arms. Many employees are scared round 2 of layoffs are on the horizon. The lack of stability and consistency is leading to low moral and people leaving. Raises and bonuses have also been absent and leaderships lack of transparency is getting old fast.
