Mike O'Brien and Nick Jimenez, the CEO and COO respectively, are both profoundly intelligent, ethical professionals who value their employees and take the time to get to know their team as well as they know their business. As bosses, they encourage a fun work environment along with a sense of responsibility among the people they employ. Not ones to micromanage, they expect the same level of respect in return but maintain a great open-door policy that makes it easy to come to them with concerns and ideas.

As a truly happy employee, coming up with a list of cons is much harder for me.
