Pluspunten
High-energy environment. I really believed in the work the Foundation does. While I know that some interns had more to do than others, I always had plenty to work on. I was also allowed to work on pretty important tasks from day one. No coffee making for me. Also, the career development focus was amazing. I learned way more from the internship about what I want in my career than any position I've previously held.
Minpunten
There seemed to be a disconnect between what an intern was supposed to do for their department and the obligations of the intern program itself. The staffers in my department were often annoyed by how frequently I had to go to some program. While it is possible to get a job after an internship here, it is very difficult.
