Pluspunten
The growth ceiling here is high if you are willing to take ownership. I came in running one slice of the business and ended up owning far more, because the place rewards people who execute and figure things out instead of waiting to be told. It is remote-first in the real sense, not remote-tolerated. You are judged on what you ship, not on hours logged or being green on a status dot at 9am. The LATAM talent across the team is seriously strong, and leadership invests in coaching people up rather than hiring and hoping. The mission is also easy to believe in, because you see the impact on both sides, the operators who land life-changing roles and the founders who finally hire well.
Minpunten
Honestly, I have nothing negative to report. 8+ years in and my experience has only gotten better, not worse. The autonomy, the caliber of the team, the coaching, and the mission have all held up the entire time, and if I had to make the decision over again I would join without a second thought. If I am forced to name a "downside," it is only that there is so much opportunity here that you have to stay intentional about where you focus, and that is the kind of problem every operator wants to have.
