This is a good place for someone just out of college, and a good place to learn the basics of the CRE industry. However, anyone who comes on board should consider moving on after a year.

Minpunten

The work is very monotonous and boring. I don't understand why they require a college degree, because it doesn't take a great level of intelligence to perform everyday job duties. Management team is obviously young and inexperienced.

I worked for Homes.com - You're doing 3 jobs in one and the pay does not reflect that - it is churn and burn. The average tenure here is 7 months - Management doesn't know what's going on 3/4 of the time. It is all up to the CEO and he's on his private jet more than 3/4 of the time
