Having only just started they have really made our team feel welcome, lots of exciting benefits of working here. The recruitment process was quick and considering the huge time difference with the head office and myself it was a very easy process and they were very flexible with meeting times.

CoachHub gave a ton of autonomy and fully remote work. They threw real responsibility at you right away, so you learned way more and built stronger skills than at most other places.

Leadership was unstable with constant manager changes. Only one performance review in three years and it ignored major contributions. Felt disconnected from team and recognition went mostly to sales.
