- Don't provide stock options, which they should, especially now they've raised more. In most tech eco-systems, stock options are critical in the package of an employee... might lose out in the long-term if they do not look into making employees shareholders too. - Additional bonuses e.g. WFH set-up allowance

CoachHub gave a ton of autonomy and fully remote work. They threw real responsibility at you right away, so you learned way more and built stronger skills than at most other places.

Minpunten

Leadership was unstable with constant manager changes. Only one performance review in three years and it ignored major contributions. Felt disconnected from team and recognition went mostly to sales.
