Pluspunten
The company and management has a clear vision and path on what Coachbit wants to achieve. So it feels easy to align and get behind the mission of creating positive change in others lives. There is clear transparency and communication is highly valued, which I love. You feel valued and part of something bigger than yourself. There is inclusivity and fairness and respect towards employees. It has been a pleasure integrating into the company culture thus far, where I feel my views, ideas and contributions are valued (a big one for me).
Minpunten
The company aligns well with my passions and career goals, so I don't have any particular cons to share right now. Since we are a fully remote team, it would be nice to see and connect with everyone more face to face. Hopefully this will be something that can be done in future.
