As a course instructor you receive lots of support & resources from the team, and work alongside some really inspiring people

Minpunten

As well as teaching a course, you'll be expected to also complete a research project. Considering it's a part time job, I think this is too much work to realistically & meaningfully contribute to.

CFG has one of the most talented and inspiring teams that I've ever worked with. Leaders bring a lot of energy and have been refreshingly open-minded, giving a lot of support to try new approaches.

Minpunten

There has been a huge amount of growth which results in expected teething issues, and some turnover, but overall great place to work and making a lot of progress toward the mission.
