      Extremely high bar for talent and work ethic amongst the colleagues I worked with. You can learn a lot in a very short time.

      Pay department needs an overhaul, they frequently make mistakes for UK employees. They've messed up my tax code causing a severe underpayment for the current tax year. When I was working at C+T they confused my bank details for a colleague's and we were delayed pay due to an admin error that took days to resolve.

Your experience can also vary significantly depending on leadership, as having a strong manager makes a tremendous difference, while ineffective management can make it easier to feel overlooked.
