C&T is a fear-based culture, which comes directly from the top. Full stop. You will constantly be afraid of doing or saying the wrong thing, even though processes change on a daily basis with lackluster documentation. You will be thrown under the bus regularly, because everyone is fearing their own job security. Projects are constantly underscoped in order to secure the work, and it falls on the working teams to work extreme levels of OT in order to meet the unrealistic deadlines that were promised to the clients. If the MD and/or CEO decide they don't like you, pack your bags. People are let go on a regular basis.
