Rather than uplifting or supporting her staff, she tends to foster a negative atmosphere. Additionally, she has little respect for people's time, often ignoring the boundaries of work hours, and her responses are often delayed, causing unnecessary bottlenecks and frustration. This has created a toxic environment where employees feel undervalued and overworked, instead of supported and motivated.
