This diversity isn’t a replacement for what made Code.org great; it’s an evolution of it. Many of our leaders started out in different roles, and we’re proud of how often we’ve been able to promote from within. At the same time, as a small nonprofit, growth sometimes looks different here. We know not every development opportunity takes the form of a new title and we believe the most meaningful growth comes from the impact we create together, helping millions of students and teachers discover the power of AI and computer science. Empowering doers and educators has always been at the heart of our culture, and our organizational principles are designed to ensure that spirit continues to thrive as we evolve.
